After-sales service mode 2.0 is implemented on the Goldentec Vina customer service platform. Customers can report and repair through the nationwide unified service hotline or Facebook public account for repair. Golden tec Vina has enough stock and great value of spare worm bearings. Currently, spare parts warehouses have been set up in Hanoi and Binh Duong, which can supply 90% of spindles. At the same time, after-sales service personnel perfect their business skills improvement through regular classes, cloud disk learning, and new machine operator training content.
